1.To check / maintain office equipments like EPABX, AC?s, telephones, mobiles etc.
2.To maintain proper functioning of internet, telephones, computer systems, printer etc.
3.Administrating staff management.
4.Maintain and renew contracts of office
5.Manage and purchase stationery, operations documents, letter heads, envelopes and other office items.
6.Before-hand printing of Office stationery & operational documents.

18.Monitoring Office boys and in lack of 1 hire another immediately.

20.Office key mgmt 2 keys Admin, 1 key Director, 1 key office boy.
21.In case a fine is imposed, collect it in case a rule is offended.
22.Allot, collect & maintain a record of office inventory i.e. pen drive, mobile, camera, laptop along with their maintenance.
23.Carpenter, electrician, tele service, internet & system vendor, maintain a record of all service providers.
24.Supervision of Proper upkeep, housekeeping, repairs, maintenance of all office equipments / assets and the building premises stationery, Dispatch Management, Govt. Liaison, Travel Agents & Embassy for Visa Processing.
25.Manage Third Party Service Providers and their deliverables
26.Shall be responsible for supervision of Front Desk Administration, Office Upkeep, Housekeeping, Courier Dispatch, Tours and Travel Arrangement, Stationary Management.
27.Insurance: Property and Vehicle In-transit insurance covers.
28.Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced workforce and work with small team and coach & mentor them.
29.Experience in defining functional procedures and should be able to work on continuous improvement
